Once Upon a Flower

This pretty lady outshined all the others in the desert garden surrounding her. A transplant into a new and different place, she stretched out her roots, settling in through the cold winter. The nourishing rains came and then the sunshine, giving her just what she needed to bloom profusely. Her vibrant fuchsia blooms greeted the new dawn, smiling radiantly. A rare gift, these vibrant blooms, and a blessing to behold.
This cutting is from special collectors and friends of mine, a gift after we moved in. I have seen and painted many Cholla blooms from yellow green, a bold yellow, orange, and red but never vibrant fuchsia. They shared theirs were and quickly brought me cuttings! What a beautiful gift, I am so thankful.
