What a wonderful old cactus standing the tests of time like an artful statue, beaten and battered and yet standing, arms stretched wide and welcoming. This character of this Saguaro so mesmerized me as I stood waiting for my husband to pass by during the Tour de Scottsdale bicycle ride through the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy.
This painting will be featured during Cowgirl Up! At the Sigler (formerly Desert Caballeros) Western Museum in Wickenburg, AZ. Opening weekend is, March 27-29. The exhibition and sale runs from March 27 – May 31, 2026
