Too Hot to Handle!

What a beautiful quote to ponder, the way we too bloom after adversity. Conditions are hot here and sometimes harsh. The cactus appears tough and prickly on the outside. Yet as the healing winter rains come and her body drinks herself full, she prepares to bloom. The temperatures warm, the sun comes out and beacons them forth. We too are called out of the rain by the light. Before you know it, the season passes, one flower comes after another until she blooms radiant and profusely. Hang on through the winter, spring comes yet again.
