What a beautiful quote so filled with light and hope, even when we can’t see it…even in the darkness. Funny, what vibrant blooms do in our hearts, the joy they bring. A smile comes to our lips while our hearts lighten. Everything is new once again, as the seasons change. I love painting our beautiful desert in bloom, the striking contrast of our harsh conditions and the vibrant kaleidoscope of color in these blooms that will not be denied. Each spring they come, completely transforming the desert floor, a “Sonoran rainbow”. These, with their yellow and red accents are among my favorites.
