Welcome fall is from our latest trip up to our cabin. We were off-roading in our jeep on the Mogollon Rim, searching out fall leaves. My eye caught sight of these Aspen trees dancing in the breeze. I have to say; the sound of their leaves fluttering is one of my all-time favorites!
The rain fell the day before, pooling just below, and creating a wonderful moist atmosphere with the sun barely peeking through. What a magical place!
Later we found the perfect secluded picnic area in the bottom of a ravine and under the most beautiful red orange Maple trees! I look forward to painting these soon!
