Desert Queen

Vibrant blooms in the desert delight the senses with their striking, yet delicate blooms contrasting against the harshness and thorns found within. Argentine Giant flowers are a favorite of mine, and are most often seen in white. Oh, the hybrids with their fiery blooms in fuchsia, red, yellow, orange, and even light pink are fascinating! These regal beauties, my Desert Queen, are just outside my window with her torch blooms beckoning me forth. You must be intentional to witness this gift as she blooms at night and closes by midafternoon. If it is cloudy and cool, she might grace your presence a little longer. Her flowers are large and she is one of the most fragrant found in the desert. Breathe in her regal sent and marvel at her beauty.
