Sunflowers cannot help but bring joy and beauty into the world. Each turning her face gently towards the sun, always finding the light. What an incredible sight, standing at this vast lookout over the wet marshlands below. Wild “common” sunflowers abound and yet there is nothing common about watching them dance in the cool breeze. Each petal fluttering as if speaking to my heart. It’s easy to understand why sunflowers are known for being “happy” flowers in the way they brighten our day. May these beauties brighten your day as well!
