How can you see wildflowers bloom around you and not smile, having your heart lifted? This spring is incredible after such a wet winter in the desert. It’s a rare year you see the California poppies explode on the mountainsides and along the trails with many other stunning blooms. I feel truly blessed to witness such beauty and promise, a sea of golds, purples, and greens amid what was plain and colorless the season before. Goldilocks has found her place among the others, that is “just right”!
